All About Farro

  1. I recently bought some farro, and have been wondering what to do with it, other than just cook it and make another salad. So thanks so much for those links. I was just learning about Tartine’s sourdough methods – funny all the coincidences – so might give that a try. Have a starter going now, so if it works…

    • Well, that farro bread is definitely delicious, really sour and complex and kind of a meal in itself with some butter 🙂
