You may remember the Farro Porridge Bread #1 & #2 I slogged through making. Although I enjoyed the challenge, I much prefer using the grain cooked in salads. Head over to Foodlander to see some great salad ideas I found from fellow food bloggers.

Farro is new to me…never heard of it!
I recently bought some farro, and have been wondering what to do with it, other than just cook it and make another salad. So thanks so much for those links. I was just learning about Tartine’s sourdough methods – funny all the coincidences – so might give that a try. Have a starter going now, so if it works…
Well, that farro bread is definitely delicious, really sour and complex and kind of a meal in itself with some butter 🙂
Did you take this photo, Sue? It is marvelous! I love the depth of field!
